About Us

Having moved several times and spending time in hotels during the relocation process, my husband Roy and I realized how important it is to have an alternative to extended time in hotels. We saw an opportunity to provide this experience for guests in Oxford, Mississippi.

Our goal is to give you a comfortable, delightful experience while you are in Oxford. Whether here for a football game, other special event, relocating, or for any other reason, we want to give you a pleasant experience.

History

In the Spring of 2006, we purchased a townhouse which was furnished to use exclusively for short-term rentals for people who want more space and comfort than a hotel can offer. That was it!

During 2007, the business exploded with the purchase of a new property at The Mark, and the addition of several properties whose owners have asked me to manage their rentals for them.

Although Kay is the "owner" of Hightower Property Management, LLC, Roy is an inseparable part of the team. I could not do this without his love and support. We feel very blessed to have the opportunity to serve you, our guests and owners.
