Beautiful family home in quiet country setting off Clear Creek Road (about 10 miles from campus, just off Highway 6). Three bedrooms, three and a half baths, plus two playrooms.  One king bed, one queen bed, one full bed.  No sofa sleeper, but two elevated queen air mattresses are available for the playrooms.  Sleeps 10 with air mattresses easily.

 

House has intercom/radio system in every room and outside.  Patio with grill, swingset, and basketball goal, and there's also a trampoline so your kids can burn off some energy!  Pretty view, complete privacy.

 

TiVo and alarm system.  No internet.
